Thanks for putting the poll on Lukee. I think Clog needs the most motivation to shed them pounds. If someone else wins the poll i am quite happy to help but i think the big man needs my help the most

The question from me is are we talking someone needing motivation or are we talking someone losing a few pounds

Motivation leads to confidence and that is something Mr Luke has lost......

in training and on the pitch

Gladly I will teach uncle pauline how to celebrate when he does well

I have loads of ideas like shearer, laurent, rooney, and my favourite of all my uncle craig

similarly I can lend any one of my uncles a sweat top or 2 that will certainly help those who are wishing to shed a few pounds

Just shout if you need a helping hand boys

I vote for Clogger!!! I saw him cheating last night Mr M!!!! He was outside The Golden Chippy in Chester-Le-Street with a 14inch pizza, two donna wraps and 3 tubs of garlic!!!!

Surely that is not part of his diet, while he is training Mr M?

clogger needs motiviation just to get to astro on tuesday...he is what we chinease call 'a fat ugly bastard who lazy and ugly' It is an old saying you may not av heard. Big fat andrew goodburn is getting the pounds on...his girlfriend must not be giving him workout in what chinease call 'bedroom department' His ginger hair will melt all this snow. I know he works with caravans...he should what you say 'piss off in one' on a road to nowhere. And dilly...(what and ugly man) he needs motivation to sort himself out. He dresses like a 'tramp' and looks browner than my golden rice i serve in takeaway.

VILLAGE IDIOT i have spoken to Clog about your accusation and he strongly denies it. I feel i have to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I will shortly be issuing a statement about Clogs 1st workout and i cant believe he would of spoiled it by going to a takeaway

I saw it with my own eyes Mr M!!! I tried to pinch a bit of his hot and spicy but he wouldn't let me have a bit!!! He was like a lion protecting her cubs, very protective of his food!!
