As a lot of you will be aware our much loved secretary/assistant manager/game changing striker Iain Bestford was on a bike ride at the weekend.

He was doing speeds that couldn't be recorded (quoted as being fast than light) and unfortunately for him, he had an accident. The doctors report came back with a damaged back, neck as well as gashes to the forehead and nose.

Unfortunately this is another player added to the Glen's treatment room along with Andrew Fallon and Paul Bainbridge. We wish Lance Armstrong, sorry Bessie, a speedy recovery.
