Hello lads I am just having a break from my workout to give u some great news. Clog has signed up to my regime. He showed up at my mansion last nite and we did his very first workout.
We started off with the dreaded weigh in. The scales showed him to be 20st 6lbs. He argued with it a bit and there were a few tears but he accepted it in the end. My target weight for him is 13st and I am confident I can make him achieve this.
Then I introduced him to a blended sprouts melon and rhubarb shake and we sat down and enjoyed one of my top selling DVDs.
He said he had done his homework of naming 2 fruits and 2 veg. He quickly reeled off apple crumble and custard, banana split and carrot cake with double thick cream. I felt cos he had named apple, banana and carrot I would mark it as correct. His 2nd answer for veg was deep fried mars bar which was not acceptable.
Then I got him started into a light workout involving a little walking and jogging. We tried skipping but he didn’t have the co-ordination for it. I then got him doing squat thrusts, press ups (not for him as he didn’t get one), sit ups which worked when I put some chicken kievs above him (thanks for tip VILLAGE IDIOT) and finally both our favourites – star jumps. He found it hard but he seems to have the determination to do it.
He then said he had brought his speedos so I let him do a lap in the pool but I made sure he had his armbands on.
We sat down to some food after that and had organic chicken, steamed vegetables and boiled potatoes. He just managed to get through it but didn’t enjoy it. He will learn tho.
I then give him a Mr Motivator packed lunch box with my pic on for his lunch today consisting of tuna salad, an apple and some dried prunes – yummy !!
I can confirm he has stopped training tonite as he is coming round mine for day 2 and he said he is bringing his mate Kev with him. I think I am going to set them a series of challenges and the winner gets a Mr Motivator hat, bum bag and mug. Look forward to tonite Clog.
Long live the star jump
Mr Motivator
